Greece
You can return the product you bought in 14 days time without any cost only using Geniki Taxydromiki if its cost is above 49 € and choose another size or product. In case you choose a different courier company you are responsible of paying the full cost.
The returning product must be in excellent condition and not worn. The packaging must be firm for prevention of any possible transportation damage. In the opposite case, the product will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Also the package must contain the receipt or the invoice.
If you want to change it for a second time the cost is 5 €.
Cyprus
You can return the product you bought in 14 days time using only Geniki Taxydromiki and choose another size or product.

Refunds will always be made the same way the payment was made. You should return the product in the perfect condition that you have received it including the payment receipt or invoice. The cost of the return is for Greece 6 € via Geniki Taxydromiki and 15 € for Cyprus which we be deducted from the cost of the returned product. If the reason for returning the product lies with a company’s error or in case of defective product the company undertakes to deliver order again at company’s own expense.
